🎓 Educational & Experience Requirements:

- OR
- 🎓 Master’s Degree with 3+ years of engineering experience
- OR
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of engineering experience

- Experience in parenteral products, vision systems, device assembly, and packaging 🧪
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes and validation methods 💊
- Proficiency in GLPs, GMPs, and applying engineering principles to production 🏭
- Expertise in specialized equipment and a strong grasp of documentation requirements in regulated environments 📄
- Experience with validation protocol execution requirements ✅
