SUMMARY

Independently directs process optimization strategies and troubleshoots operational issues in operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, or capital projects. Applies advanced engineering principles to major system modifications, experiments, and capital projects. Develops, organizes, and presents interpretation of results for complex operational issues or engineering projects. 🛠️

Educational/Software Requirements:

• Doctorate degree OR
• Master's degree AND 3 years of Engineering experience OR
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering AND 5 years of Engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Change Controls on Trackwise
• Knowledge of Packaging equipment
• Proficiency in Design of New Equipment Process
• Familiarity with Engineering Project Management
• Experience in Medical Device or Pharma
• Understanding of CAPA and Compliance
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes, validation, and regulatory documentation
• Ability to operate specialized laboratory equipment and interpret GLPs and GMPs
