Summary:

Independently drive process optimization and troubleshooting in operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, or capital projects. Apply advanced engineering principles to design and implement major system modifications and experiments. Analyze and interpret results for complex operational issues or projects. 🚀🔬

Functions:

General:

1. Complete complex assignments requiring new engineering techniques.
2. Develop engineering policies affecting multiple units.
3. Supervise and review work of engineers, associates, and technicians.
4. Employ advanced engineering techniques within your expertise.
5. Serve as a peer-recognized engineering specialist.
6. Apply mature engineering knowledge in project planning.
7. Other functions as assigned.

Design Engineering:

1. Develop technical solutions to complex problems.
2. Collaborate with various departments for system modifications.
3. Work with project managers to meet project goals.
4. Coordinate with consultants and firms on design documents.
5. Develop project budgets for multiple disciplines.

Education:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with 3 years of Engineering experience
• OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes 🧪
• Familiarity with validation processes 📝
• Experience in highly regulated environments 📊
