🎓 Educational & Experience Requirements:

• 📜 Doctorate in Science, Engineering, or related field
• OR
• 🎓 Master’s Degree with 3+ years in data science, statistics 📈, applied mathematics, or business analytics
• OR
• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in similar fields

🎯 Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Physics, Statistics, or Operations Research 🎓
• Proven experience leading and executing projects from start to finish 🏁
• Database experience (SQL 🗄️, relational, Graph)
• Programming in Python 🐍, R 📊, or SAS, with experience in ML libraries (scikit-learn, MLib, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch) 🔍
• Skillful in Linux environments with reusable code writing abilities 💻
• Detail-oriented and logically driven problem-solving skills 🧩
• Excellent organization and planning abilities 🗂️ to manage large datasets 📊
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively 🤝 with strong communication skills 🗣️
• Familiarity with distributed computing tools like Spark and Hive 🌐
• Biotech/Pharma experience 🧬 preferred

🛠 Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in programming, coding, system design, algorithms, and data structures ⚙️
