Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to support the implementation of critical initiatives within a large molecule manufacturing environment. This part-time consulting role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful process improvements and compliance enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive project management services, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
• Work under the guidance of the Principal Engineer for Large Molecule Operations and utilize pre-established project management tools.
• Drive alignment with strategic goals and ensure the delivery of key milestones.
• Support compliance remediation efforts, addressing current observations and implementing corrective action plans.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and ensure project documentation is updated and accurate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of regulated operations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage part-time hours effectively while delivering high-quality results.
