πΌ Job Summary
Our client is seeking motivated and skilled Scientists to join their Quality Control & Analytical Product Development team. This role involves performing a variety of laboratory testing and quality assurance tasks to support pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Youβll play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art laboratory and contribute to developing life-changing medicines.
π Key Responsibilities
π¬ Conduct finished product testing, including stability, development, and QC release.
π§ͺ Perform various tests such as Assay, Related Substances, Karl Fisher (KF), Dissolution, Disintegration, and Hardness.
π Review and report data following approved procedures.
βοΈ Operate lab instruments, including HPLC, GC, UPLC, KF, and Dissolution apparatus.
π Adhere to internal methods, SOPs, procedures, and monographs for testing.
π Work with DEA-controlled substances, ensuring compliance with regulations.
π Conduct laboratory investigations using TrackWise in alignment with SOPs and procedures.
π Support OpEx activities such as data trending and SOP revisions.
π©βπ¬ The Ideal Candidate
βοΈ Education & Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in Analytical Chemistry/Pharmaceutics (or equivalent industry experience).
- Masterβs degree preferred.
- 3+ years of industry experience supporting pharmaceutical product development.
βοΈ Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, and KF.
- Familiarity with GMP and ICH regulations.
βοΈ Key Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Mathematical and reasoning skills to interpret complex instructions.
βοΈ Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly.
- Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
