🔬 Position Overview:

As a QC Analyst, you will perform essential experimental work, including analytical testing and data generation. You’ll work on quality testing for raw materials, in-process samples, finished goods, stability, and cleaning validation analysis.

📝 Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• 📊 Perform high-quality analytical testing in accordance with USP/NF/EP/JP/FCC or customer guidelines (e.g., Dissolution, Titration, Polarimetry, Loss on Drying, Viscosity, Residue on Ignition, Heavy Metal Content, FTIR, HPLC, GC).
• 🧾 Maintain accurate records of all analysis performed.
• 🧠 Interpret and effectively communicate analytical results and issues.
• 📅 Organize and schedule daily tasks efficiently.
• ⚙️ Operate and maintain basic laboratory equipment and instruments.
• 🧪 Ensure lab safety, following chemical hygiene practices.
• 📚 Develop proficiency in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and test methods.
• 🧼 Contribute to a clean and safe lab environment.
• 👩‍🔬 Perform peer reviews of analytical testing and write-ups.
• 📝 Write SOPs when necessary.

🎓 Essential Skills and Experience:

Education:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences (preferred: Chemistry or Biology).

Experience:

• 0-5 years in a Quality, Laboratory, Clinical, or Chemical Manufacturing role (internships/co-op experience included).

Knowledge & Skills:

• 🔄 Strong multi-tasking abilities and efficiency under pressure.
• 🗣️ Effective communication skills.
• 🧴 Knowledge of lab safety and ability to handle chemicals safely.
• 💻 General computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 🧪 Capable of performing accurate testing under production pressure.
• 💊 Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
