Join our client’s team as a Specialist in Quality Assurance! This exciting role allows you to perform critical responsibilities under minimal supervision, supporting a robust Quality Assurance program in a highly regulated environment.
🎓 Educational and Software Requirements
- Doctorate degree
- OR
- Master’s degree with 3 years of Quality and/or Manufacturing experience
- OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Quality and/or Manufacturing experience
- OR
- Associate’s degree with 10 years of Quality and/or Manufacturing experience
- OR
- High school diploma/GED with 12 years of Quality and/or Manufacturing experience
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish, including writing ✍️
- Strong English technical writing skills 📝
- Excellent problem-solving abilities 🧠
- Capable of working with dynamic cross-functional teams 🤝
- Strong organizational skills, ensuring tasks are followed through to completion 📋
- Leadership experience applying GMP requirements in operational settings 💡
- Self-starter with the ability to provide updates to senior management 🚀
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- 📄 Review and approve product MPs
- ✅ Approve process validation protocols and reports
- 🛠 Represent QA on incident triage teams
- 🌱 Approve Environmental Characterization reports
- 💧 Release sanitary utility systems
- 🔍 Lead investigations and site audits
- 🏭 Represent QA on NPI teams
- 📋 Own site quality program procedures
- 🚨 Review and approve EMS/BMS alarms
- 🚢 Provide lot disposition and authorize lots for shipment
- ✍️ Approve change controls, CAPAs, and NC investigations
- 🛠 Support automation activities, facilities, and environmental programs
- 🛠 Review and approve work orders
