We are seeking a Process Development Senior Scientist to independently design, implement, and lead scientific experiments, driving the successful completion of important goals and projects. This role involves developing innovative strategies, managing scientific teams, and contributing to new process advancements, ensuring the generation of robust and reliable data. As a lead scientific/technical resource or project leader, you will contribute significantly to key projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

🔹 Leading and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting scientific results.

🔹 Developing new processes and introducing cutting-edge technologies.

🔹 Managing laboratory work and overseeing cross-functional project teams.

🔹 Preparing technical reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.

🔹 Problem-solving through the application of scientific theory and driving innovative solutions.

🔹 Collaborating outside the department or organization, fostering productive partnerships.

🔹 Participating in global cross-functional teams to advance program initiatives.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

🎓 Doctorate Degree + 2 years of Scientific experience OR

🎓 Master’s Degree + 6 years of Scientific experience OR

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years of directly related experience.

Skills & Expertise:

✅ Proficient in Automatic Visual Inspection Machines.

✅ Strong organizational and project management skills.

✅ Capable of working under pressure, leading teams, and motivating others.

✅ Bilingual (English and Spanish).

✅ Critical evaluation and interpretation of scientific data with a creative mindset.

✅ Knowledge of raw materials, in-process controls, packaging materials, labeling, and finished product variables.

✅ Extensive experience in Technology Transfer, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotechnology manufacturing and packaging processes.

✅ Familiar with GXP standards for Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Medical Operations.

✅ Proficient in pharmaceutical equipment, product commercialization, and lifecycle management.
