Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inspection development processes
• Basic knowledge in statistics using Minitab, JMP, or other statistical software 📊
• Project management skills 📅
• Proficiency in developing documentation protocols and reports 📝
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 🤝

Education:

• Doctorate degree or Master’s degree with 5 years of scientific experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of scientific experience
• Highly prefer Engineering degree

Description:

As a Process Development Scientist, you will conceive, design, implement, and execute specific scientific experiments to achieve project goals under general guidance from your supervisor. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and evaluating experimental strategies, providing input to generate robust and reliable data 📈
• Ensuring studies comply with respective protocols and guidelines 🧪
• Analyzing and interpreting data, assessing its impact on projects 🔬
• Keeping current with scientific developments and technology 🌐
• Developing and implementing new protocols to address specific issues 🆕
• Representing the department on project teams, initiating collaborations, and providing guidance on experimental design and data interpretation 🧑‍🔬
• Authoring scientific reports, summary documents, regulatory documents, and patents 📝
• Participating in external scientific communities and departmental support efforts 🌍
• Developing supervisory and mentoring skills 🌱
