๐ Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in a scientific field, OR
- Masterโs degree with 5+ years of scientific experience, OR
- Bachelorโs degree with 6+ years of scientific experience
๐ก Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in pharmaceutical/biotech processes with knowledge of GLPs and GMPs
- Familiar with validation processes and documentation in regulated environments
- Strong foundation in Vision system technologies and Inspection/Packaging concepts
- In-depth understanding of Process & Equipment Characterization:
- Testing strategies, characterization protocol design, and technical reports
- Validation for new equipment installations
Problem Solving & Project Management:
- Skilled in Root Cause Analysis and analytical problem-solving
- Strong project management capabilities: scheduling, facilitation, and resource allocation
- Experience in Risk Assessments and QRAES for process improvements
Communication & Collaboration:
- Effective in both verbal and written technical communication
- Ability to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams, adapting to diverse communication styles
- Proficient in report generation and technical presentations
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in financial analysis and project cost development
- Ability to manage and delegate tasks within project scopes
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with fluency in English and Spanish

Process Development & Execution:
- Design, execute, and interpret scientific experiments aligned with project goals
- Lead and support the development of protocols, equipment validation, and documentation
- Conduct risk assessments and establish testing strategies to ensure data reliability
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all activities align with cGMP standards and industry regulations
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead by example in scientific rigor and innovative problem-solving
- Engage in team efforts, cross-department projects, and external collaborations
- Mentor and assist colleagues in experimental design and troubleshooting
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current on scientific advancements, continuously enhancing process protocols
- Develop new strategies and solutions to streamline operations and improve outcomes
