🔬 Summary of Responsibilities 🔬
Are you passionate about scientific discovery and innovation? As a Process Development Scientist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing scientific experiments that contribute to the successful achievement of project goals. Under the general guidance of your supervisor, you will conceive, evaluate, and interpret experimental strategies, ensuring compliance with protocols and applicable guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- 🎯 Designing, monitoring, and conducting experimental strategies with general supervision.
- 📊 Providing data analysis and interpretation, assessing the impact on project outcomes.
- 🧠 Staying up to date with scientific developments and technology advancements relevant to your field of expertise.
- ✨ Introducing advanced scientific methods and implementing new protocols to address project-specific challenges.
- 🤝 Collaborating productively with other departments, offering input on experimental design and data interpretation.
- 📝 Independently authoring scientific reports, regulatory documents, and invention disclosure submissions.
- 👩🔬 Participating in the external scientific community and representing the department on project teams.
- 🗓️ Following timelines to ensure project team work is completed efficiently and within schedule.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications 🎓
- 🔬 Process Validation and Formulation Process experience, particularly with mixing studies and technical writing.
- 💼 Must be proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Educational Requirements:
- Doctorate degree, OR
- Master’s degree with 5 years of Scientific experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of Scientific experience.

- 🧬 Advanced scientific analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- 🥼 Strong laboratory skills and the ability to supervise and motivate others.
- 📑 Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, including technical writing skills.
- 🤝 Experience with negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management.
- 💡 Creative in designing and executing scientific experiments.
- 🔄 Flexibility in managing change and handling multiple projects.
- 💻 Proficient in Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 📜 Strong understanding of cGMPs.
- 🌐 Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
