100% Onsite work in non-standard shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, 48 hours per week🕰️

SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, provides characterization of process optimization strategies and/or troubleshooting of operational issues in the operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, or capital projects environment. Applies basic engineering principles to the design and implementation of system modifications, experiments, and/or capital projects. Organizes, analyzes, and presents interpretation of results for operational issues or engineering projects of minor scope and complexity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to resolve equipment-related problems and understand control systems. 💡
• Experience in drug substance/API operations and equipment start-up. 💼
• Excellent self-learning skills and technology proficiency. 📱
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical/biotech processes and validation protocols. 🧪
• Ability to interpret and apply GLPs and GMPs. 📝
• Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, technical presentations, and validation protocol writing. 🗣️
• Background in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering fields is preferable.
• Experience in a GMP-related field, especially in manufacturing operations or engineering operations.

FUNCTIONS:

• Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. 🛠️
• Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures. 📊
• Perform assignments with clear objectives and limited variables. 🎯
• Initiate and complete routine technical tasks. 🔄

Operations Engineering:

• Function as a technical expert to troubleshoot equipment or systems. 🔧
• Audit operational performance and regulatory compliance. 📋
• Work with various departments on system modifications. 🤝

Design Engineering:

• Complete design, engineering, and construction projects within schedule and budget constraints. 🏗️
• Collaborate with consultants and engineering firms on standard design documents. 📑
• Obtain quotes for equipment modifications and generate project cost estimates. 💲

EDUCATION:

Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering & 2 years of Engineering experience.
